We’re inspiring others and sparking their interests about space exploration
we are driven by a passion for space exploration or a desire to make a significant contribution to the field of satellite technology and potentially contacting new lifeforms in space. We wish to innovate and be seen as a leader in our field.
What it takes to compete.
The can
Most important of them all. The can's design determines the endgoals of any Cansat team. it Contains all of the components that will be used to gather information such as a microcontroller, GPS and any other eloctronics that the team wishes to use for their missions
Parachute
The Importance of the parachute is to make sure the can doesn't get destroyed after it's descent. The can will be launched over 1km into the and then left to free fall. It's important the parachute will decelerate the device and it comes crashing down, as well as giving it time to gain information of it's atmosphere while it's airborne.
Social outreach
As stated before, inspiring others is a big goal of ours. We wish to make prevelant the interest of space and the importance exploring by utilising social media and holding public events to bringing it to the attention of the public.
